In 1990 The Lancet, the British medical journal wrote:
“Dr. Judith A. Reisman and her colleagues demolish the foundations
of the two [Kinsey] reports ... [including] stimulation to orgasm in
young children that can only have come from pedophiles--or so it
must be hoped.”
What The Lancet observed in 1990 has been fully developed in my most
recent book on the Kinsey fraud and the child sexual abuse crimes
that underpinned all of Kinsey’s bogus “data” on child sexuality. My
book, Kinsey, Crimes & Consequences (1998, 2000, 2003) now fully
documents the fact that Dr. Alfred Kinsey, while teaching and
researching at Indiana University, hired pederasts to sexually
violate little babies as young as two months old for up to 24 hours
around the clock. And, this was the “father” of the “sexual
revolution” launched in 1948. My bold, well-substantiated thesis is
that Kinsey’s tome referenced above, Sexual Behavior in the Human
Male was to “The Free World” what Karl Marx’s Das Capital was to the
Communist World. Just as Karl Marx is the benchmark for Russia’s
shift from a Monarchy to Communism, Kinsey is the benchmark for
America’s shift from Judeo-Christianity to a Pansexual ethos (‘Erotic
Communism’).
That, on the evidence, Kinsey is the most significant moral
philosopher of the 20thand perhaps, 21st Century. Although
conservative and Christian social critics correctly cite the
importance of Freud, Marx, Darwin, Sanger, Marcuse, and others for
the demise of Western Intellectual and Religious Tradition, none of
these social revolutionaries are recognized as the catalyst for the
sexual revolution.
That “credit” goes to Indiana University zoologist Alfred Kinsey and
his shadow cohorts. Any objective examination of the pantheon of
social change agents finds three major initial Kinseyan
propagandists: Harry Hay, Hugh Hefner and Herbert Wechsler. As a
communist, bisexual, in 1948 Harry Hay read Kinsey’s claim of a 10%
gay population, left his wife and children and launched the
Mattachine society for gay rights in 1950 that spawned the
homosexual revolution.
As a virgin college lad, Hugh Hefner read Kinsey’s claims of massive
closet promiscuity in 1948, said he would be “Kinsey’s pamphleteer”
and launched a College Playboy in 1953 that mainstreamed today’s
pornography revolution. Herb Wechsler, an influential Columbia law
professor, read Kinsey’s 1948 claim thus of cruel, needless sex laws
and launched the American Law Institute’s Model Penal Code in 1955
that spawned our therapeutic Sex Law revolution.
Authenticating Kinsey’s supremacy as a Moral Philosopher is
significant in the current battle for the national mind. For, due to
Kinsey’s crass, obtuse and bogus sexual claims, Christian and
conservative social critics commonly disdain validating his
achievements—that of eroticizing almost all of American society. By
performing this dance of denial, traditionalist critics lose
countless opportunities to disable the key moral philosophy that is
successfully sabotaging our health and welfare.
For, as the strongest link in America’s liberal chain of command and
control, Kinsey is paradoxically its weakest link. Naïve American
communists fled their party when Stalin was proven to be a mass
killer and his ideologues fools. Many naïve American liberals may do
the same if conservative critics continually and communally expose
leftist ideologues as the foolish disciples of a sadomasochistic,
pornographic and pedophile-oriented bi/homosexual lunatic and his
cult followers.
For who was this zoologist turned sexologist? Indeed, we now know
that Kinsey sexually harassed his male students, had sex with his
male co-authors and male research subjects and engaged in ritual
autoerotic torture. He was an obsessive masturbator who habitually
thrust toothbrushes deep into his urethra for orgiastic pleasure,
circumcised himself with a knife in a bathtub sans anesthesia and
noosed his scrotum with a rope tossed across an overhead pipe from
which he leapt into insensibility, developing the testicular
orchitis which apparently facilitated his untimely demise.
The father of the sexual revolution, this clinically definable
sexual psychopath, guides us in our exploration voyage today. We
track Kinsey’s madness as the source of a stream—the stream of
physical, spiritual and moral decay that increasingly debilitates
and defiles our us all.
The following briefing expands on a document, endorsed by renowned
Catholic leaders, hand delivered to the Holy Father in July 2002. I
speak as a sympathetic non-Catholic with decades of research
experience in identifying the causes of today’s systemic sexual
anarchy and its inevitable fallout in pandemic rates of child sexual
abuse, sexual disease, family disintegration, sexual violence, other
evidence of a descent into social barbarism.
Despite major domestic battles and skirmishes, our Judeo-Christian
ethic survived fairly well until the 60s era of “sex, drugs, rock,
n’ roll” wreaked havoc worldwide. Shunning their parents beliefs, in
a decade or two the make love not war generation would direct all of
our institutions. Reports television maven, Tom Brokaw:
Faith in God was… part of the lives of the WW II generation ...They
married in record numbers...stayed true to their values of personal
responsibility, duty, honor, faith.”
How did the 60’s youth decide that their parents were like Mrs.
Robinson, “hypocrites,” praying in church every Sunday while hiding
their adulteries and other sexual adventures? How did Americans
metamorphosize from a Norman Rockwellian ethic of love of God,
Country, Family, hard work and charity to a “Me” ethic of debauchery
and egoism?
“THE K BOMB!” FALLOUT
In 1948 the mass media blitzed the nation promoting Kinsey’s book on
male sexuality they called, “The K Bomb.” Kinsey’s monumental effect
on medicine is proclaimed in 1963 at a lavish Rockefeller Foundation
anniversary party. “The Kinsey Institute financing is one of the
most significant things we ever did [at the Foundation]…one of the
monumental scientific ventures of the twentieth century.” The new
gynecology texts are “pure Kinsey [and] couldn’t have been written
before Kinsey. [He] profoundly affected…medicine.”
And he did, for over sixteen years Kinsey lectured to health
professional meetings; psychiatrists, psychologists, general
practitioners, pediatricians on his revealing human sexuality “findings.”
Indeed, as I speak, Kinsey’s disciples train and advise the secular
and religious world in medical sexology: training health, education
and justice professionals, Church seminarians, priests and school
children; the future nuns, brothers, priests and bishops.
Let Bishop Fabian Bruskewitz explain. Quote:
“Questions should…be asked about the clinics and treatment centers
used by bishops [and the faulty counsel] by various kinds of “sexologists,”
psychologists, and other assorted experts…[who advised] ‘recycling’
predatory priests.”
Psychiatrist, Thomas Szasz agrees, saying the accomplices of
predatory priests are “psychiatrists and psychiatric institutions
that "diagnose" and "treat" priests who are really criminals.” Szasz
says treating "pedophilia" as an illness, like pneumonia implies
that the [predator] is not responsible for it and it is treatable.”
Such a belief tends to excuse the crimes, facilitating “a
pseudomedical charade of treating it.” Kinsey would displace the
sexually restraining authority of traditional American religion and
medicine with the pseudo science of sexology,
As Bishop Bruskewitz reflected, “scientists” too have hidden
“orientation” agendas. Let’s explore farther upstream. In the 1890s
US Supreme Court Justice Louis Brandies had warned that our conduct
is largely determined by our laws, and by 1998, US Supreme Court
Justice Breyer noted that our laws are determined largely by our
scientific information. So one could extrapolate from this that if
our sex science is bad our sex laws based on sex science will be bad
and thus our sexual conduct based on our sex laws will be bad.
By 1948, when our patriarchal sex laws controlled male sexuality,
women received alimony and child support for adultery in “fault
divorces” -- for American gentlemen commonly viewed such males as
cowardly. Sex laws favored “the weaker sex,” children and family,
criminalizing abduction, seduction, breach of promise, alienation of
affection and other such bad conduct. Half of our states allowed the
death penalty for non “forcible” rape and for statutory rape.
To subvert America’s strong moral history condemning outlaw sexual
conduct, Kinsey’s elite legal and psychiatric coterie crafted the
“Sex Offenses” section of the first American Law Institute Model
Penal Code. The proposed national criminal code cited 100 % to
Kinsey’s fraudulent sex data for its claim that Americans commonly
performed every kind of illegal sex act without any negative public
health consequences.
The ALI MPC urged the elimination of 52 “Patriarchal” sex laws such
as criminalizing fornication, cohabitation, adultery, contraception,
alienation of affection, seduction, abortion, prostitution,
bestiality and rape and called for a lowered age of consent and a
legal window for child sex abuse were the predator within five or
ten years of his child victim. At this vital tributary, “consent”
and the degree of physical violence, not public morality, would
direct legal punishments.
Having funded Kinsey’s fraudulent research since 1941, in 1954 the
Rockefeller Foundation diverted their monies and Kinsey’s bad sex
data to create the ALI MPC. The MPC was eventually partially or
totally implemented by all 50 state legislatures.

GAP, the Group for the Advancement of Psychiatry that had helped
shape the MPC, announced that Kinsey’s data to “the points by which
we steered.” One GAP steering point demanded “the age of 7” for
sexual consent.
In 1948 age of consent was generally between 16 and 18 years-old.
GAP’s view of child sexuality thrives. In some states, depending on
the age of the offender, the legal age of alleged consent can now be
less than12.
And, although the Government Accounting Office study of 550
therapeutic sex offender programs from 1977 to 1996 found no sex
therapy programs cured sex offenders, the American Bar Association
reports that 80 % of all convicted child molesters serve no prison
time in lieu of “therapy.”
Moving further upstream, NAMBLA tells us: “Gay liberationists in
general, and boy-lovers in particular, should know Kinsey's work and
hold it dear...Implicit in Kinsey is the struggle we fight today."
Kinsey’s influence is seen in the sexual attitudes and acts of
seminarians, priests and bishops. Indeed, during the nascent NAMBLA
Boston conference, circa 1979, Father Paul Shanley echoed Kinsey’s
claims. imprisoning a child molester “does far more damage” to the
child than the sex abuse.
So, how did the Rockefeller (and National Science Foundation) funded
Kinsey study support “boy-lovers”?
By lies. Kinsey said he found 95% of American males were already sex
offenders, hiding the fact that roughly 87 % of his male research
subjects were already aberrant: prisoners, homosexuals, 1,400 sex
offenders, at least 650 abused boys, etc. So few normal women would
talk sex to him that Kinsey had to label women who lived more than a
year with a man as “married,” so that all of Kinsey’s prostitute
subjects could be reclassified as wives!
No surprise then that Kinsey’s “average American” data showed that
masturbation and fornication were ubiquitous and foundational for
marital success: 10% to 37% of men supposedly were sometime
homosexual; 85% of men and 50% of women fornicated; 50% of men and
26% of women were adulterous; 69% of men used prostitutes, 25% of
wives and 87% of single pregnant women had abortions; while children,
sexual from birth and potentially 100% orgasmic, would benefit from
“consensual” sex with each other and adults.
Yet, with all this alleged promiscuity, and despite the fact that
abortion was criminal and contraception controlled, “illegitimacy,”
rape, child rape and STDs were so rare that the Kinsey team reported
no such data, claiming that of 4,441 women, none had ever been
“seriously” sexually abused. The Kinsey team claimed to prove that
“private” immorality had no negative “public” health consequences.
And, just to complete the “monumental” fraud, Kinsey secretly
shredded 75% of his subjects and still reported their missing “data”
as though they were part of his huge research base.
In 1948, following the mass media blitzkrieg, eager university
professors nationwide preached Kinsey’s bad data to our future
leaders, including the claim that only the smart folks used
pornography. In 1953, College Joe, who had laughed at the dirty old
man buying dirty magazines was now “reading” the articles in Playboy.
Soon Kinsey’s lies were truisms in graduate school texts and tests,
psychology, law, medicine, sociology, education, social work, etc.
Kinsey’s sexual lies wrecked havoc personally, legislatively and in
the courts, eventually cascading down into secondary and primary
schools—carried forward by mass media, Planned Parenthood, SIECUS,
etc.
KINSEY IN THE CHURCH
In 1948 Kinsey’s first book launched the field of “scientific”
sexuality. One of the tributaries that carried Kinsey’s polluted
erotic stream is the now infamous 1985 document "The Problem of
Sexual Molestation” in the Church. There, Father Thomas Doyle, Ray
Mouton and St. Luke’s closeted Dr. Michael Peterson (now deceased
from AIDS) told the Church to stop counseling sex predators. Why?
Because the Church failed to cure offenders, I quote, due to its
“extreme moral judgmentalism.”
Instead, Dr. Peterson explained, “respected scientists” would treat
pederasts and pedophiles without “moral judgment” but with empathy
and therapy. Peterson proposed that raping children might be a
genetic trait and warned the bishops to turn over all priest
offenders to the “experts” or face “malpractice” charges.
[W]here clerics give advice …[this is] considered by the civil
courts to be beyond their…expertise or competence…[This could
allegedly cause] catastrophic consequences (divorce, suicide)
resulting in civil suits.
Peterson urged the Church to hire Drs. Fred Berlin and John Money of
the Johns Hopkins Sexual Disorders Clinic. These men would
“rehabilitate” Church pedophiles. Peterson again:
[Money and Berlin] are considered by me and most people in the field
as the two U.S. experts…mental health professionals with good
success in treatment of such disorders….
But Drs. Money and Berlin knew Peterson’s warrant of “good success”
was a lie. In 1988 the Maryland press had already reported: “At
least eight men were convicted of sexually abusing Maryland children
while under treatment at the Johns Hopkins clinic.”
Were some or all of those eight priests? Berlin still claimed in
1994 that “pedophilia …can be effectively controlled… with
appropriate psychiatric intervention,” having subverted Maryland’s
child abuse reporting laws to protect his offenders (and Johns
Hopkins) with the full approval, said The Baltimore Sun, of his “boss,”
Dr. Paul McHugh.
McHugh is the psychiatric advisor to Governor Keating’s new child
abuse panel while Berlin advised Cardinal Law and Church pedophiles
for years—how many and which ones is still unknown. Berlin says John
Money is his “mentor.” Mentor Money pioneered the infamous failed
sex change operations on infants and forced two brothers to film
incestuous pornography as part of the boys’ sex change “treatment.”.
More than happy to believe the bill of health given by their
sexually permissive therapists, Church officials recycled these
“treated” pederasts and pedophiles back to parishes and schools
resulting in one $5.7 million award in 1994 against a New Mexico
therapeutic center that recycled a predatory priest they allegedly “treated.”
Indeed therapists have plenty to hide.
Understand that the media feeding frenzy on Catholic molestation has
little to do with concern for children and much to do with
challenging the Church’s obstruction of liberal interests such as
abortion, sodomy and even child sexual emancipation. For, before the
Catholic Church lost its insurance coverage for sexual felonies,
therapists--psychiatrists, psychologists, social workers and
marriage counselors—had already lost their coverage for sexual
malpractice cases. (malpractice insurance was capped at $25,000 five
years later, prudently eliminating most victim lawsuits).
In 1994 the American Psychological Association reported that 50% all
therapists had said they counseled patients who were sexually
exploited by a prior therapist. The APA therapist offender data
suggest one reason why the GAO did not find therapy cured sexual
predators. Indeed, at least one past president of the American
Psychiatric Association made a habit of drugging and raping his
female patients. The percentage of therapeutically victimized minors
is unknown.
The APA admitted that--like priests--predatory therapists
“substantially” re-offend and are--like priests—commonly recycled,
licenses intact. An expert witness for pedophiles and sex murderers,
Fred Berlin testifies that they cannot control their criminal
barbarism—(which is controlled quite well in front of parents or
legal authorities).
We are way upstream now and on the evidence, sexological pedagogues
and trainers are on record as having encouraged child abuse. Take
John Money, the world-famous expert whom Peterson foisted on the
Church. Few people believe there is a magazine called the Journal of
Paedophilia.
In a JOP interview, Money told his pedophile and pederast readers
that sex between men and boys is good and the age of consent laws
should be eliminated. The Johns Hopkins sex clinic was thus designed
not to “treat” offenders but to give “leeway to judges” to release
child molesters. For Money, like his disciple, Fred Berlin, refused
to report active child molester clients to the police.
Putting the Crimes in Context
The Lancet said Kinsey’s child subjects could only have been tested
by pedophiles, at best. From 317 to 2,035 children experienced “convulsions,”
“hysterical weeping (especially among the younger children)” struck
what Kinsey called their [ADULT] “partner” who was violently
sodomizing the child.
Kinsey said the cries of terror were “orgasms” the babies enjoyed.
Kinsey, the most oft cited sex scientist in American law was palmed
off on the American public by Indiana University and the Rockefeller
Foundation as a conservative family man. He was instead a closeted
sado-masochistic, bi/homosexual pornographer. This should have been
obvious to anyone reading his pederastic research “findings.”
Indiana University and the Kinsey Institute republished Kinsey’s
infamous books in 1998, without apology. And Francis Ford Coppola
will star Liam Neeson as Kinsey in an upcoming feature film. In fact,
Variety, “the bible of the entertainment industry,” censored a
display ad we produced that revealed Kinsey’s child sex crimes. The
ad was paid for by Dr. Laura Schlessinger and child protection
groups.
And since mass murder of children inside the womb metastasizes into
mass child neglect, battery, rape and murder outside the womb, it
should not surprise that child sex abuse in the Church exists within
a much larger moral crisis: 4 to 600,000 children prostituted
annually in the USA; 67% of all reported sex abuse victims are
children with 34% under 12 years old; 64% of all forcible sodomy
victims boys under 12--with age 4 cited as the most common age for
boy sodomy victims. Moreover, the 5.1% increase in the child
population does not explain the 1,331% increase in confirmed child
sex abuse from 1976-to 1999, especially considering the restriction
of children’s freedom of movement as parks, lakes, streets, even
backyards and playgrounds are now seldom their un-chaperoned
province.
NO scientific data find children born homosexual. Historical and
cross-cultural data confirm that the degree of homosexuality depends
on the extent of its social power. Homosexuality can be reversible.
No data find pederasty or pedophilia reversible. Even were they “treatable,”
any truly repentant child molester would want to remain in prison
permanently, where he could do no harm and a great deal of good,
Roughly the same percent of boys are victimized by a subset of the
2% homosexual male population as are girls victimized by a subset of
the remaining 95% heterosexual males. In one study of unincarcerated
child criminals, homosexual pederasts admitted to 150 boy victims
each, compared to 19 girl victims per heterosexual pedophile,
conservatively an eight-to-one ratio.
Labeling boys bi/homosexual allowed boy-abuse to be ruled consensual
homosexual sex. This is Mass Murder. In this way, although tens of
thousands of boys are “killed” by men with AIDS these killers are
not prosecuted for either child abuse or for murder. See my website,

The U.S. Department of Justice quietly reported 58,200 “non-family
child abductions” in 1999, roughly half involving sexual abuse.
Moreover, that 35% of the victims were boys, commonly kidnapped by
men, further supports a disproportionately high rate of
homo-to-hetero child sex abuse.
Child sexual abuse has soared in all pornography-rich cultures such
as Ireland, Israel, England, South Africa, Thailand, Japan, Scotland,
Sweden and others. No pre 1960 authors or social critics ever
described such widespread child sexual abuse.
At least 200,000 “credentialed” (that is, licensed) sexology-trained
“professionals” now teach Kinsey’s bogus pansexual creed in most
universities, medical schools, law schools, parochial and public
schools, kindergarten through doctoral level, setting standards for
sexual belief and behavior worldwide.
Did Kinseyan Sexologists Incite Priestly Child Sexual Abuse?
Now that we are at the source of national pollution, let us look
briefly at the Institute for the Advanced Study of Human Sexuality,
which has long malpracticed and victimized the larger society as
well as Catholic seminarians and clergy. Led by Kinsey co-author and
sometime lover Wardell Pomeroy, this “institute” created “Sexual
Attitude Restructuring,” the SAR for short.
Described as “The fu-karama” by its creators, the SAR can be
three-days to 160 hours of pornographic brainwashing of students,
bombarded by multiple movie screens in the round, simultaneously
seeing—and hearing--men, women, animals and sometimes children
performing autoerotic, bestial, heterosexual and homosexual sex acts.
Some number of Bishops, like Rembert Weakland of Milwaukee mandated
the SAR for seminarians. In Lead us Not Into Temptation Jason Berry
reports that the pornographic SAR was inflicted on Peterson’s
dangerous child molesting “patients” at St. Luke before their
release.
At least since the 1970s both students and child molesters in
seminaries and clinics were assaulted and formed by sadosexual
sodomy and orgy films.
Michael Rose also reported that the SAR eliminated “restricting
attitudes about…sexuality.” The “porno flicks….were supposedly put
together by doctors who worked for clinical sex study institutes."
In fact, Kinsey began pornography as sex therapy. His wife, faculty
and staff had to perform sexual acts for his films at Indiana
University in the 30s and 40s.
Pornography, a standard tool of child molesters is mentioned often
in possession of pedopriests. One 1989 Vatican document warned that
pornography “can eat away at tenderness and compassion and can
foster insensitivity and even brutality.” The SAR films “eat away at”
any remaining tenderness or compassion among pedopriests while at
the same time coarsening and brutalizing seminarians, clergy and
future bishops. The kinds of doctors who create such pornography are
addressed in the Holy Father’s book, Love and Responsibility:
Some doctors have a narrowly biological view of things formed under
the influence of the “myth of orgasm” which causes them to give
advice completely at variance with ordinary human knowledge and
experience of sexual matters.
How then did these “myth of orgasm” films enter the sacred Church
doors? American bishops did not all awaken one morning and say, “Ah,
let’s have our seminarians and our child molesters watch films of
homosexual and heterosexual sodomy and rape to see what happens!”
No. For Kinsey’s myth of orgasm is the primary form of sex education
for certificates and degrees given to legions of “sex educators” who
teach adults and school children about sex.
In fact, Pomeroy’s IASHS faculty, students and the children of their
staff appear in homosexual and heterosexual solo, group and couple
sex acts for a book of their pornographic photos entitled Meditations on the Gift of Sexuality (1977). They sold the child
pornography to Hustler magazine to illustrate their essay advising
incest and child sexual abuse. These photos are available as
courtroom evidence of the fraud and of the tainted special interests
of this field.
Few juries would judge these deviant sex exhibitionists to be
experts on human sexuality. Yet these confused people credential our
mental health professionals, counsel clerical offenders, train our
children and regularly serve as courtroom sexperts.
To date, no university that graduates bogus sexperts has confessed
that as its curriculum is fraudulent--and injurious--to children and
society, that all university approved sexuality degrees and
credentials are invalid and retroactively revoked.
Instead, both bishops and society have accepted the pansexual
curriculum initiated by the Kinsey Institute and carried forward by
their disciples at Johns Hopkins, the IASHS, New York University,
the University of Pennsylvania, St. Luke and the like.
You see, the sexologists whom Bishop Bruskewitz cast doubt upon
receive college credits for watching up to 160 hours of pornography
and for practicing “erotic message,” “self-message,” (“bring your
own oil”) “masturbation,” and the like. The IASHS teaches sex
education curriculum writing and awards PhDs, Masters and Education
degrees as well as “AIDS Prevention,” “Safe Sex” and various other
certificates of achievement to those who adhere to Kinsey’s moral
philosophy.
As academic dean of the institute and as an expert defense witness,
Pomeroy (now deceased) solicited funds from the “Adult Film
Association” to film child pornography at the IASHS.
THE LEGAL FALLOUT
Summing up our exploration voyage, I briefly covered NAMBLA’s debt
to the most Influential Moral Philosopher of the 2oth Century, Prof.
Kinsey; I addressed Kinsey’s employment of pedophiles to rape
children as well as his overall fraudulent sex survey data and the
use of these data via the ALI Model Penal Code to gut our tougher
sex crime laws that had protected women and children. We identified
the SAR incitement to sexual misconduct via its pornographic
brainwashing even of priests and seminarians; We noted the mass
credentialing of Kinseyan “sexperts” by “sexology” institutions that
train forensic sexpert witnesses and the history and role of
Kinseyan sex therapists such as Peterson, Money and Berlin in
misleading and misadvising the Church.
As Thomas Szasz says, molesting, raping and sodomizing a child is
not an illnesses like cancer but crimes that commonly require life
in prison without parole. Here let me cite the need for the Catholic
faithful to launch offensive legal action charging medical
malpractice; willful negligence, malicious disregard and child
endangerment, false advertising for the sex “therapy” that certainly
caused child sex abuse, depression, even suicide and the destruction
of scores, if not hundreds, of reputations and vocations.
Adults and children have been victimized by Kinseyans who recycled
pedophiles back into society; therapists who were either closet
pedophiles and pederasts themselves or incompetent and negligent as
a function of the fraudulent sexual content of their bogus
professional training (see training flow chart at left).
Seminarians were injured by therapists who relied on the Kinsey
myths in admissions criteria, psychological testing and “counseling.”
Some have been injured physically by assault and illegal, even
fatal, sexual acts taught during their bogus reformation via the SAR
sexual incitement and recruitment sessions.
These findings of the sinister, root causes of the Church sexual
abuse scandal and of fraud and malpractice, should be considered for
possible use in direct or third-party legal claims against
identified sexologists and their institutions, including the current
Kinsey Institute, the cradle of the bogus ‘sexology' profession.
The Institute for the Advanced Study of Human Sexuality and advisers
like Berlin and Money, along with their institute and university
sponsors are possibly subject to civil liability for such fraud and
abuse.
The bogus Kinseyan sex “science” canon and the role that accredited
therapists have played in shaping the Model Penal Code, our sex laws
and public policies, are supported by witnesses and by admissible
documentation available for use in civil and criminal trials.
Since 1955 the criminal justice system largely abandoned tough
punishments in favor of the Kinseyan Moral Philosophy,
operationalized in the Model Penal Code’s failed theories of “consent,”
therapy and parole--with sinister results.
As we battle “one of the monumental scientific ventures of the
twentieth century” we do well to take refuge in the realization that
God can bring good even out of the worst evil.
I would pray that the Catholic faithful see this tragedy as a
catastrophic “opportunity” to take to the schoolrooms, courtrooms
and legislatures everywhere; to obtain rulings and laws to turn off
the spigots that spew Kinsey’s pansexual virus into the stream that
has polluted us all.
There is extensive documentation on this issue available for
legislators and attorneys interested in seeking to help the Church
and our nation.
Once attaining success in the courtroom, the monumentally bogus
Kinseyan Moral Philosophy that has been flooding our Judeo-Christian
nation may finally be drained from our land. Until then, the wolves
will still be paid millions to guide the sheep.
